  1. The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy Database (UDRP-DB) is an Internet based search tool for domain name dispute decisions resolved under the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). The database of this website contains more than 6,000 decisions and nearly 12,000 domain names. This website aims to help complainants, respondents, their counsel, panelists, providers, and members of the public who are concerned with the legitimacy of intellectual property rights. The website contains a resource library with materials and links to domain name dispute resolution.
  2. UDRPlaw.net is a website on domain name disputes resolution policies, specifically under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) of ICANN. UDRPlaw.net also contains news and information on trademark issues, Internet law in the United States, ICANN, monitoring, registration, as well as other links to UDRP, whois?, research tools, articles and academic studies under the UDRP and other dispute resolution policies.
  3. National Arbitration Forum (NAF) is one of ICANN’s accredited Internet domain name dispute resolution providers for the North American region. The NAF resolves domain name disputes under the ICANN UDRP, and provides a variety of services under other generic domain name extensions such as .BIZ,.INFO, .NAME, .US and .NET. The NAF’s website contains links and information on various domain name procedures and a section with domain rules and news.
  4. Arbitration Centre for EU Disputes (ADREU). The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for .eu domain name disputes is provided by the Prague-based Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. The Czech Arbitration Court administers ADR Proceedings according to ADR Rules and ADR Supplemental Rules, and in line with the Public Policy Rules for .eu of the European Commission (EC Regulation 784/2004).
